Since welcoming its first guests in 1773, The Red Lion Inn has earned a reputation for outstanding food and genuine country hospitality. Those traditions are continued today by Executive Chef Jon Sterrett, whose kitchen features contemporary cuisine that is rooted in the region's history and harvests. Emphasizing the use of fresh, local ingredients and a huge proponent of buying locally and sustaining the region, Chef Sterrett regularly updates the Inn's menus to reflect the bounty of each season.     Another exceptional experience at The Barn. My husband's 75th birthday and his Black Russian drink was delicious. For food, we ordered a calamari appetizer, Scottish salmon, and rib-eye steak. Everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented, A special eggnog rice pudding was offered as a dessert option, we shared it, and it was complimentary. Service was attentive. We will be returning to The Barn--they have kept their quality and service at a high standard.

    I went with a friend for our annual Christmas lunch at the Red Lion Inn. The server was very attentive and sought out answers when he did not have the information to respond to a question We had the duck comfit which was tender and delicious. Dessert was my favorite- brown sugar cake with ice cream. The whole experience was excellent.

    Outstanding Night Out. Has several vegan options for my husband. Menu items all unique, creative and delicious. Server was genuinely and attentive. Atmosphere industrial chic, although it was a bit chilly next time...next time will dress in more layers. Actually, we enjoyed having to go two doors down to a distillery for our drinks which were AMAZING. We will definitely be back soon! Congratulations to the new owners!

    We had a very nice and relaxing dinner for our twentieth wedding anniversary. The staff was absolutely wonderful and professional. The food was really delicious. We will be returning for more then special occasions. Thank you
