Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals. Showroom serves Brunch seven days a week from 8am until 4pm and Dinner until 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday. Adult beverages include boozy milkshakes, craft beers, wine, & signature cocktails. Manalu is a new authentic Italian restaurant by Chef/Owner Marco Pontecorvo. The name was to combine all three of his family members names. MA for Marco, NA for Naomi, his daughter, and LU for Lucia, his wife. Manalu's goal is to bring a taste of Italy and a touch of Naples in the town, by serving authentic Italian cuisine and the original pizza Napoletana cooked in a brick oven. The Tasting Room remains a wonderful place to dine. We had lunch there today, and the food was excellent, plus the service was attentive and friendly. The restaurant is also decorated very nicely for the holidays and has reupholstered the banquettes.

Everything was lovely! The food was outstanding, as always. The noise level made it tough to converse with my dad who is older, but it didn't put a damper on the experience. We'll definitely be back!
