Located in a vintage building in beautiful downtown Tabernash Colorado, a mere ten minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort, the Tabernash Tavern offers an exciting, ever changing menu of Chef Alberto Sapien’s interpretations, featuring international culinary entrees including generous portions of USDA prime aged beef. The Tabernash Tavern boasts a Wine Spectator award-winning wine menu and carefully selected craft beer selection to accompany Chef's creations. Bistro 28 is located at Pole Creek Golf Course. We are currently closed, and reopen for Thanksgiving. Winter hours are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 3pm-8pm. If you would like to plan a Special Event, please reach out! We are happy to host Holiday Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, or any other Occasion.Book through Open Table or email brenna@polecreekgolf.comWe encourage reservations 24 hours in advance.
