Absolutely love Lyle’s and was the perfect spot to spend Valentine’s Day!

The food is always excellent. Outstanding salads and entries. The duck and risotto are both wonderful. And the ambience is very good; quiet enough with enough separation from other diners so that you can actually visit with your guests. I take my wife there every year for Valentines Day (and for my birthday).

The large menu is only half of it, you can choose your level of spiciness. Some people shy away from new food because they don't like or can't handle spicy foods. this lets you enjoy wonderful dishes at the flavor level you want

Our group enjoyed a delicious early dinner at Gorat’s on a Tuesday evening. Menu choices included the salmon dinner, wedge salad with shrimp, onion soup and beef filet dinner. All were very good, presented beautifully with very wait time. Atmosphere is relaxing and quiet; hostesses and waiter were friendly and provided excellent service. Parking is plentiful and close to the restaurant - a huge plus on a cold night. Great experience at one of Omaha’s classics.

Great location, across the street from the Baxter arena and the neighborhood is lively with lots of places to shop or eat and drink.
