Koshō Restaurant at The Barlow is a modern Japanese and sushi restaurant in Sebastopol with a progressive focus on food, local ingredients, and sustainability. Koshō derives its moniker from the condiment of the same name, Yuzu Koshō. My friend and I had a fabulous evening overall. The only negatives were that they do not have anchovies for the Cesar salad (only in the dressing which was excellent, but we like anchovies on top also and the server said they don't have any to spare) oh and they were out of chocolate gelato. Minor inconvenience. Looking forward to going back. Very nice ambiance. Server was delightful..

My buddy and I just wanted to have a quiet place where we could talk at a bar. I asked Matt if the Corpse Reviver cocktail worked, cause I needed it. He said it would and it did. My friend had the Smash Burger and I did another appetizer. I highly recommend this great spot with a good atmosphere.
