Always great service, and a menu that never disappoints. I have had the brick chicken, calamari leminatta, and the lamb chops. The pasta dishes are amazing, with some of the best sauces you will experience. Angelo makes the best Ribeye on the planet.

I will be returning to Ella. This initial experience was a lunch time that. I enjoyed the burger and learned about the process of creating the meal, the baking of the bread, and the quality of meat used, just how this meal differs from Ella's sister resturants. The NA tonic was refreshing, I look forward to giving their signature G&T a try. The ambiance is refreshing in Sacramento, where we have so few high-end establishments. I'd recommend visiting solo at the bar, at a table with a friend's or a private space to enjoy your party. Pricing was fine, overall comparable to area resturants.

We always have great food and service at Council Oaks! We brought our Dad for his 93rd birthday…his request! We love the prime rib night(Sunday) and this time did not disappoint. Food was, as always, absolutely delicious and well prepared. Service was top tier. They took good care of us. We will definitely be back soon!

I ordered the New York strip, which was expertly prepared—likely on a wood or charcoal grill. The flavor was impeccable, the texture tender, and the overall taste rivaled some of the best meals I’ve had in years. To finish, we indulged in the cherry cheesecake, which was a standout. Rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, it provided the perfect end to an unforgettable dinner. If you’re looking for a top-tier dining experience, this place is a must-visit.
