Petit Trois Le Valley, the second outpost of Chef Ludo Lefebvre's beloved bistro, opened its doors in 2018 in Sherman Oaks. Casa Vega, in Sherman Oaks, opened its doors in 1956 and has been serving the people of Southern California ever since. Local residents, and even celebrities, have flocked to the family-run Mexican restaurant currently run by Christy Vega Fowler, daughter of original owner, Rafael Vega. While the decor is modern, the menu still reflects traditional Mexican menu staples. The extensive menu allows for every person to find something to enjoy. Homemade house guacamole, or one of the many soup or salad options, make for a great starter. The entree options are plentiful. It was truly an amazing experience for my birthday, our server made the experience even better, her name is Shaunte and if you’re able to ask for a server I definitely recommend Shaunte! She is very cheerful and gives great recommendations.

A beautiful seamless evening celebrating a birthday. Layla, our server was amazing! Warm and attentive. My filet mignon and my partner’s short ribs were outstanding. Roasted brussel sprouts were one of my favorites! Gorgeous view, we will be back very soon.
