We thoroughly enjoyed our Valentine’s Day dinner at Sage Bistro. The food and service were great. The menu offerings were ample. And the atmosphere felt Parisian. My only complaint was that I felt the tables were too close together. We were seated in the back and we heard totally the conversations completely of the diners on both sides of us. A little more space would be perfect

We were there on a Thursday and enjoyed their Prime Rib special. Live music was a plus. We’ll definitely return.

One of my two favorite restaurants and what a bonus to have Orlando as our server. We have known Orlando since he started in Massapequa so so long ago. Through hard work and a glowing personality, he worked his way up in the Butera's family. Food was great as usual and portion size has remained remarkably large even with food prices soaring. Everything was great! We enjoyed the cocktail specials, a bunch of appetizers, shared a few dinners and desserts and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I especially loved the crispy artichokes and the beet salad is one of my favorites. Can't wait to go back again.

I went to an early Valentine’s Day dinner with friends, and it was truly a memorable experience. The atmosphere was enchanting, with soft candlelight flickering on the tables and gentle music playing in the background. Each dish we savored was a culinary masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The highlight of the evening was definitely the exceptional service provided by the manager, Cliff, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. His warm hospitality and attention to detail made the night even more special.
