A chic and sophisticated décor provides the setting for our distinctive "world cuisine", a provocative mix of zesty influences that creates a delightful dining experience in Palm Springs, California. Plush high-backed semicircular banquettes surround our dining room and offer comfortable and private seating. The cuisine has a light, exotic feel with an emphasis on Pacific Rim specialties, from Chilean Sea Bass baked in Banana Leaves or Kahlua-Barbecued Pork Chops to all sorts of tasty tapas, salads, wood-fired pizzas, and desserts. The Coral Seas Lounge, a hip mid-century style bar is lined with sexy black leather bar-stools and is reminiscent of the upbeat lounges of old Palm Springs. "Your Pleasure is Our Pleasure!" Please join us at Bar Cecil for a delightful evening. We welcome parties of 5 or fewer guests (limited space for parties of 5). Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate larger parties.We book tables for 2 hours. Last dinner orders are taken at 9 pm and we close the bar at 10 pm. We've gone cashless and happily accept credit and debit cards.Due to our small size, tables with separate reservations can not be combined. Please reserve online; if OpenTable is not showing availability, we're fully booked or it is more than 14 days out. We accept reservations up to 30 days out. Established in the heart of Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, Le Vallauris has been one of the highest rated restaurants in the Coachella Valley since its inception in 1973. The exquisite cuisine at Le Vallauris is prepared by Executive Chef, Jean-Paul Lair, who has graced the restaurant for over 25 years. The Historic Landmark was built in 1927 as a home for the Roberson family, who managed Palm Springs' first hotel, The Desert Inn.     Always a wonderful experience at Eight4Nine. Great ambiance, a place where you can be yourself and enjoy the amazing food at your leisure and at your own pace. Amazing staff, very attentive and they all seem to be able to read your mind! Overall, I’d recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone who is looking for an amazing culinary experience and a comfortable atmosphere, all rolled into one delicious package named Eight4Nine.

    We ordered the rack of lamb and split it. It was more than enough. Rack of lamb is one of my favorites and I would say that this ranks as the best I have eaten or prepared myself. It was interesting that the server clearing our bare plates said that this was his favorite. Better than the filet mignon. We are here for the winter and will be back

    We loved our anniversary dinner here at FERRO! Our waitress made sure we had time for everything and was sure to give us all we needed. Our meals were amazing and hot, fresh pasta! And the veggie pizza is forsure a go to for next time! They give you a great amount of food for the price! Mentioned it was our anniversary, even though we passed on dessert she made sure she gave us the house favorite, tiramisu :) with a candle and a custom card to celebrate our anniversary! Super thoughtful, amazing food, amazing service. Please stop by and try them out, causal dinner or a special occasion you will leave happy!
