The Old Clubhouse Pub has been the site of good times and warm welcomes since 1876 when it served as the original clubhouse of the Machrihanish Golf Club back in the days of Old Tom Morris. The atmosphere at The Old Clubhouse is one of a relaxed old-world style golf pub serving up delicious pub food and gourmet dinner offerings before becoming the site of nightly revelry for locals and guests alike. The meticulously restored interior has been masterfully crafted to recreate the pub as it may have looked more than 100 years earlier. We had a 3 course lunch at The Blues Great menu with plenty of choices for every palate. Good selection of wine list. Cocktails specials were lovely but a tad pricey. Had a lovely experience. Very polite and attentive staff.

Excellent food and service! This is my 3rd time visiting the Stravaig, all at different times of the day and with different friends. The floor staff are all very attentive and efficient. Food is great that all my friends said will bring their friends and family to visit again!
