At Waters Restaurant – Sundance Square, we source the freshest wild, seasonal, and sustainable seafood available. Our style brings together flavors of the southwest, with hints of Louisiana, but our featured ingredients themselves typically speak the loudest. Our Signature Gumbo hastens back to some Creole roots when Jon Bonnell cooked in the French Quarter of New Orleans, while our beef gets the royal treatment Chef Felli has made famous for much of his career.     We had a crab cake for an appetizer. I had the halibut, my wife had the arctic char. Our two guests had filet mignon. The fish were excellent. The steaks were good, but not excellent in comparison to steakhouses at the same price point. The portion sizes were just right for us. I would definitely recommend Waters to anyone visiting Ft. Worth.

    This was our first time to visit in about 18 years and our first experience of Christmas with Texas de Brazil, and a very good one! We were engaged at Texas de Brazil over 20 years ago, so our visit was somewhat sentimental! The food, the quality, the service, the ambiance, and the value were just as we experienced years ago. Based on our experience, Christmas at Texas de Brazil may become an annual event!!!

    My daughter and I came here today on Christmas day and our experience was amazing! Dena was our server and she was awesome, the food was great and the ambience was perfect. We sat upstairs and overlook downtown Fort Worth and the Christmas tree, it just honestly could not have been a better experience. We will make this our annual tradition to come back every year.

    Excellent food, presentation, service and nice furnishings and decor. Those dining today, as usual, appeared to be well and appropriately dressed in a very comfortable and polite environment. Our dining experience today was the latest of many anniversaries we have celebrated at our favorite Restaurant......the Reata.......
