The team selected the location in South County Commons in Wakefield to offer convenient access to all of Southern RI. Today, our Italian restaurant in Wakefield RI offers a lively bar scene, where regulars and guests can enjoy cocktails, liquor, beer, and wine from our extensive drink menu while also enjoying our full food selection. Our bar and restaurant are open year round for dinner and drinks.

Originally a historic US Coast Guard Station built in 1888 by famed architects McKim, Mead & White, now a spectacularly located waterfront restaurant overlooking Narragansett Bay. Offering an array of creative dishes from lobster & sweet corn tamale, lobster ravioli, grilled swordfish, lobster mac & cheese, & organic chicken; we supporting all aspects of sustainable agriculture and aquaculture. Beech is an all-seasons remake of an iconic Jamestown gathering place. Conceived by a group of Jamestown locals who wanted to give their community a restaurant that feels like home. Kevin and his team are serving up inspired creations across 5 dining areas that run the gamut from a lively bar scene to intimate, twinkle-light dining. Requests for seating, be it outdoor seating in season or room requests during the colder months is a request only and not guaranteed. Beech will try and accommodate your request if there is seating available at the time of your reservation.In case of inclement weather, Beech will make every effort to accommodate reservations and move the reservation inside, however such accommodations cannot be guaranteed based on Beech's inside capacity. Dine in one of our custom designed Igloos By the Sea at The Coast Guard House. There is an igloo rental fee for $100 for three hours. Each igloo is outfitted with a Bluetooth speaker, fireplace and heater. However, we do recommend dressing warmly and/or in layers. Our full menu is available for your enjoyment. We can not guarantee any specific igloo. Igloo reservations can be cancelled in inclement weather. There is a credit hold for $20 per person to complete your reservation. Your card will only be charged if you cancel a week or less or do not honor your reservation.
