EVO, short for evolution, represents a dream inspired by my mother to bring the familiar feeling of family to you, by showcasing my Italian home-style cooking from the freshest ingredients incorporated into my family’s recipes that have been passed down from many generations. My Sicilian mother and grandparents raised me to respect the heritage and tradition of the Italian culture. The draw of family brought me to south Florida where I opened Evo to continue to share my family’s secret recipes and the warmth of the Italian way of living. Through hard work and perseverance I climbed the ranks of some of the most well respected and popular restaurants in New York so that I can bring you Evo. So please come and join us. NiMo is a Coastal Mediterranean concept by Feal Hospitality, owned by dynamic duo Chef Niven Patel and Mohamed “Mo” Alkassar. The menu, itself, is a depiction of the bond formed by the partners over the years. It is the story of Mo, who grew up in the Mediterranean between Syria and Spain, told through the cuisine of his business partner, Chef Niven Patel. The menu is a culinary journey across the Mediterranean which includes dishes inspired by Syrian, Greek, and Spanish cuisine. Italy takes center stage with various pastas and wood fired pizza, a nod to Chef Niven’s time in Florence. As is true for all Feal Hospitality restaurants, fresh ingredients come first and local purveyors are showcased, including our own farm, Rancho Patel. NiMo is a casual yet elevated restaurant with pops of colors that add to the fun and excitement of the branding. The dining room features an open kitchen and is anchored by a 360 bar which opens to the exterior covered patio.

Here is the background on the makeup of our Restaurant.The Bistro was born in September of 2002. Owned and operated by Declan Hoctor, Executive Chef: Paul Hughes, and John & Angela O’Sullivan of Roly’s Bistro of Dublin (Ireland). Our Fare is American with a European flair. Executive Chef, Paul Hughes trained in the Savoy Hotel in London for 9 years as well as Roly’s Bistro in Dublin, two of the most respected hostelries in Europe. Roly’s in Dublin was voted Restaurant of the year for 2010, also voted Chef of the year. Our team of Chef’s has won numerous competitions, and awards representing restaurant & country for their creative and inventive food. We love what we do!     Hands down the BEST Italian food in all of Florida We dine here often and the food, service and ambiance are always amazing Now to address one incredible employee Big clap, hats off to Daniel!!! Polite, respectful, kind and a smile always on his face while he ensures everything is perfect! The manager Melissa picked a winner in this hire!

    The management was very cooperative when I needed to modify my reservation on Valentine's Day to a larger party. We were seated before our reservation time. The waitress was very informative and helpful, and she was pleasant. While the restaurant ran out of one of the fish specials, Hog Snapper, our waitress provided a substitute, the Yellowtail Snapper, and it was fresh and prepared very well. The obeisance was a little older, but it was a wonderful evening. I recommend Jetty's for a great meal in Jupiter.

    The food was amazing! Hidden gem. Would highly recommend. They seem to have happy hour specials as well. The outside patio is beautiful.

    We brought 2 other couples that had never been here before. They raved about this restaurant. What a special gem in Tequesta. As always, we all ordered the specials of the eve for appetizers and entrees. Feedback from all was a 10+ Keep up the great Chef Ricardo, Gustavo and Andre
