Located on High Holborn, close to the British Museum, the restaurant is elegantly designed and filled with original Indian art and antique furniture including century old items made for Maharajas which take diners on a journey through Indian culture and history. I took a colleague to lunch to celebrate her birthday and so glad I chose the Fitz's Brasserie. The whole experience from being greeted, to having our coats taken, to being seated, to ordering, to eating and finally to paying (!) was very enjoyable and my friend was delighted and surprised by the birthday 'plate' which was a lovely touch. A big thank you and mention to our server (sorry I didn't take his name) who was friendly, professional, attentive and a total credit to the restaurant. I forgot to mention that the food was delicious as well...

A marvelous culinary experience with a perfect balance of flavors, every dish is truly delicious. The service is impeccable, and the staff are really friendly. I’ve visited Colonel Saab three times now, and I can only recommend it highly!
