LaTrattoria Old Town has been serving Authentic Italian cuisine since 1983. This is our original and flagship location located in the heart of Key West at 524 Duval Street. This bistro type setting offers one of the premier intimate settings in the lower keys. All of our entrees are prepared fresh to order using only the freshest of ingredients. Our signature dish, Yellowtail snapper, is locally caught daily and prepared fresh with garlic, capers and tomatoes in a lemon white wine butter sauce--it is to die for. When dinner is over look no further than Virgilios Martini Bar, located directly behind the restaurant. Virgilios offers an extensive Martini menu along with live entertainment 7 nights a week. Key West seafood restaurant in the heart of old town on Petronia. The menu is kept small so that everything is nice and fresh for you. Yellowtail snapper, fish of the day, Key West pink shrimp, and seafood medley highlight the menu. Deviled Eggs topped with Scallops, Shrimp Mango Toast and Crispy Pork Belly Croustinis tantalize the pallet. Beef stroganoff made with certified black angus beef is a favorite. Relaxing, unpretentious, and romantic. Seating is very limited. 24 Hour Cancellation window. For the consideration of our guests, we do not accept parties over the size of six (6).     Fabulous new find for us! Wonderful food and service. Artisan cheese plate with local honeycomb had us wondering where we could buy it and take it home. Wagyu Burger was phenomenal and the Grouper special was best ever. We’ll come again!

    If you have a 6pm reservation, get there at 6, not before. Don't unlock doors until then. Leave you outside and bring you in party by party. Could be a mess if raining although a small canopy would give some protection. Service and server were excellent. At first it seemed a bit like getting served at a wedding/banquet because everything starts at the same time. As the evening wore on that feeling subsided. Had a bottle of Quilt knowing it wouldn't be a perfect pairing with everything but it's a wine we really enjoy. We split a grilled Caesar which was excellent. Bypassed the apps because we wanted dessert. Server said house specialties were the yellowtail and the beef stroganoff so we went with them. Not a typical stroganoff in a good way. The meat was very tender. the yellowtail and topping were excellent. Shared the lavender cheesecake for dessert. It did not disappoint. Would return if we get back to Key West and maybe try some appys next time.
