We love the idea of applying modern day sensibilities to traditional recipes. We have 2 levels at our restaurant, please indicate in the notes section if you are not able to navigate the stairs & need to be seated downstairs. (Lunch is downstairs only). The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Please be aware that you must have a valid paid estate admission ticket, be staying at Inn on Biltmore Estate or Village Hotel, or be a Biltmore Annual Passholder to dine on property. Please note that due to limited seating availability we are unable to accept reservations for our patio. All patio seating is assigned on a first come first served basis. The Bistro features contemporary American fare. Stable Café is open from 4PM to 8pm daily for guests of Biltmore Estate.Biltmore tickets or an annual pass are required to visit all restaurants on the estate. For seasonal evening events, dinner reservations for all the guests in the party must have an evening-specific ticket or be an estate lodging guest.     Not a very busy night mid-week on a cold day. Service was prompt and attentive. Food is excellent. The only knock is the menu doesn’t change. I am sure they could offer additional wonderful stuff seasonally. But a great place to go nonetheless.

    Without question, the best restaurant in Hendersonville! How Yelp and others give this 4 stars is beyond me. I come from NYC and Verri’s compares favorably with any Italian restaurant I’ve been to. The food is great, the staff is great and the chefs are top notch! I just wish they would offer veal piccata and veal francese. If you’re not in the mood for a classic Italian dish, have the steak, osso bucco or rack of lamb. We go once a week. THE BEST!

    I love everything about Posteros.. food was so good and beautifully prepared. Love the high ceilings and tables not too close. Deidre our server stuck with us when one of our party needed help with wine selection and offered to let us taste a few first.

    The selectionw as innovative and varied for all palates - and everybite was delicious. The presentation was exellent and the number of GF and V choices was impressive. Love the elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. Our compliments to the chef!
