Gaslight is an open concept bar, restaurant, and live music venue serving some of the best food Nantucket has to offer. The cuisine, from Chef Liam Mackey (The Nautilus), has a Japanese Izakaya vibe where you'll find a variety of haute street food style pan-Asian cuisine include noodles, rice dishes, bao buns, raw fish, skewers, dumplings, and more. The bar program, curated by Clinton Terry (The Nautilus) features a variety of fresh ingredient forward cocktails with culinary inspired themes, and rotating craft beers on tap. The wine list leans towards fun, funky, natural w/ a twist of the classic plus the island's only Champagne Vending machine (thank you Moët). The atmosphere is lively, the staff is friendly, the location in the heart of downtown Nantucket can't be beat, and the live music starts every night in the summer around 1030pm, featuring both local and off-island acts with high name recognition. An island institution for over 30 years, BES has recently been reborn under new management and ownership. Chef Todd Edwards returns to create new + old menu item favorites, including BES’ classic linguini w/ clams and tuna tartare. Bettini is an upscale, fine-dining restaurant with a coastal chic vibe, refined contemporary American cuisine, and a fabulous selection of wine. Expansive windows reveal a magnificent coastal view that reinforces the kitchen’s relationship with the local landscape, creating a seamless island-to-table dining experience. The elegant bar draws a vibrant crowd of locals and island guests. Our restaurant is intended to be intimate and personal. Many of our tables can accommodate up to 4 people. The dining room seating configuration may not allow certain combinations of tables and split parties will potentially not be seated adjacent to each other. Bettini does not accept reservations for Breakfast. All guests are welcome to walk in on a first come first served basis.

    My wife and I was at your restaurant to celebrate my birthday. We were quick to be seated and the service outstanding. The waitress was attentive but never gave us the feeling of being rushed. Had plenty of time to eat and drink . We Will definitely return for more dinning at this restaurant 😀. Highly recommended for everyone. And yes, the food was outstanding!

    We had a delicious dinner at Island Kitchen - great value on the Prix Fix menu, but the full menu was also an option. It looks rougher from the outside than it is inside…inside, it’s quite lovely.

    Delicious as always! A few new items on the menu since the last time we were there that were delicious (eggplant, lettuce wraps). And of course the standards that we love (oyster tacos, blue crab fried rice) - they never disappoint. The almost naked and famous is the best drink anywhere! Great service, great atmosphere. Love this spot!!

    Having been to Black Eyed Susans many times for breakfast - I was surprised to see they offered dinner. I truly thought it was a breakfast joint. After looking at a the menu for Stroll - I decided I wanted to go. What a hidden gem. Best kept secret on the island for sure!! Food was FANTASTIC. Service was Fantastic. The Atmosphere was Fantastic! Overall experience was amazing. Like I said - best kept secret on the Island. Look forward to going back in the summer!!

    It was our first time at the Gaslight. Asian infused dishes were anywhere from solid to excellent. I particularly enjoyed the lemongrass shrimp / pasta dish. The tequila / ginger drink was also excellent. With that said, it is essentially bar food in a bar environment. So, important to be clear on your expectations.
