The Factory at Franklin​附近的餐廳

I’m more of a hockey game, hot dog, and black coffee kind of guy, but I wanted to do something special for my wife for Valentine’s weekend. I saw Southern Tea Room on OpenTable and thought she’d enjoy it—and I’m really glad we went. The atmosphere was quiet, elegant, and relaxing. I enjoyed a great cup of tea while spending quality time with my wife. The soup and salad were excellent, the small sandwiches were surprisingly filling, and the dessert pastries were outstanding. Guys, this is a fantastic way to spend an afternoon with your wife. You’ll have a relaxing time, enjoy good food, and most importantly, make her happy. I’ll definitely take her back.

We love Etch. We have been regularly visiting Etch downtown Nashville for over 10 years. The food is always delicious and amazing. First time visiting Etch in Franklin. Everyone was wonderful. I would like to mention that my catfish needed salt. Otherwise, it was an awesome experience as usual.

The food was excellent. Was a nice Valentines dinner. There were several small kids around us. So a bit loud for a quiet meal. But I know that can’t be helped. Overall this was our first time and we will be back.

My wife and I both ordered pork chops for our lunch entrées. I am not one who usually orders pork chops at a steakhouse, but I must say this was perhaps the best pork chop I have ever eaten. Wonderful flavor and about 3 inches thick. Outstanding. The fried asparagus tips were also outstanding. Cheesecake with white chocolate topping was also exceptional. One thing that did take us aback when our check arrived was the house red wine that we ordered cost more than our entrées! $25 for a 7 ounce glass of wine? I’m sorry, but that is just out and out price gouging. We could buy a whole bottle of modest wine for $25. Again the meal was great as usual, but had we known that two glasses of house wine would cost $50 there’s no way we would have ordered that. We will know better next time.

Although a bit loud for a quiet, romantic dining experience, this restaurant is superb. The service was excellent, we felt appreciated being there for the first time (we even got a special treat). The menu had a decent number of plates and the portion size was good (not huge). The flavors we experienced were delightful, a very unique set of combinations. The Pork chops and the green salad, as well as the Kale Salad and Shrimp and Grits were delicious! The Cocktails we had were excellent Loving Cup and Midnight Sun were perfectly balanced with a good level of alcohol, no skimping on anything at Red Pony.
