Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals. Showroom serves Brunch seven days a week from 8am until 4pm and Dinner until 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday. Adult beverages include boozy milkshakes, craft beers, wine, & signature cocktails. Beautiful restaurant and, overall, and excellent experience. We loved the fried chicken liver and crabcake appetizers. The prime rib was also great as was the broccolini and mac & cheese roast chicken was good but a bit too salty. Service needs some work – we were greeted and told to have a seat, but there were no seats available and nobody invited us to the bar. They then lost our reservation, which I had to then find on my phone. We seated without menus, and we’re never offered any bread.

From the moment we walked in and sat down for a cocktail, the ambiance and service was great! The food was very good but I wouldn’t say EXCELLENT. My husband lamb was a bit overcooked. But I loved about 90% of the food. It was worth the price we payed and our service was amazing. We also got a three course wine pairing and I felt like it was paired well.
