Located in the epicenter of Miami’s booming Brickell neighborhood, Komodo is a three-story indoor/outdoor eatery and lounge that combines contemporary Southeast Asian cuisine with a South Florida vibe to elevate the dining and nightlife experience. The menu features signature favorites including the Peking Duck, Tuna & Toro Roll, and Lobster Dynamite. The 300-seat restaurant and lounge offer several unique multi-level dining options including three bars complete with a handcrafted cocktail menu as well as the signature outdoor floating “birds nests” seating, which creates a playful treehouse feel perfect for any occasion day or night. Komodo is open for dinner seven days a week.

Chef Director Björn Weissgerber serves a diverse menu inspired by the Oceans of Asia, with a particular focus on Japan – sushi, sashimi, tiradito, tempura and robata. Sexy Fish has dishes to please all palates, from traditional tastes to plant-based plates. Among the signature dishes, you’ll be able to dive into are the Bloody Mary Ceviche; our Yellow Tartare, Smoked Tofu and Caviar; plus, the wonderful Enrygii Mushroom Tempura, with Summer Truffle and Aka Miso, as well as its King Crab and Bone Marrow counterpart. Sexy Fish’s interior is designed by the award-winning Martin Brudnizki Studio and includes a show-stopping fish tank. The luxurious dining room also houses amazing original artworks by legendary British artist Damien Hirst, as well as an installation from celebrated architect and designer Frank Gehry, whose 26 beautiful fish lamps play – and sway – beautifully to theme.

La atención fue impecable; el personal es amable, atento y realmente se esmera en brindar una experiencia cálida y personalizada. La decoración del lugar es elegante y acogedora, creando el ambiente perfecto para disfrutar de una cena memorable. La comida superó todas mis expectativas. Cada plato estaba preparado con ingredientes frescos y de alta calidad, y la presentación fue simplemente espectacular. Los sabores estaban perfectamente balanceados y se notaba el cariño con el que fue cocinado. Además, la carta de vinos complementa muy bien el menú, y me ayudaron a escoger una opción que combinó perfectamente con mis platos.
