Ok, we do chicken, but our chicken is famous!Our local free-to-roam chicken is marinated for 24 hours in lemon, buttermilk, and paprika. Very homely and cosy. The staff were welcoming. Food was absolutely outstanding. The only thing that let it down was the service. No one came over to ask if we needed more drinks or if we were ready for our dessert. Other than that it was 5 stars. I will return again in the future. The food and quality for money was excellent.

Lovely relaxing afternoon very friendly staff who efficiently served our afternoon tea - just one thought- we had cocktails rather than champagne and it would have been preferable to have those served before our tea and coffee.
