The Pink Adobe restaurant stands proudly in the heart of Santa Fe's historic Barrio De Analco neighborhood, which is considered the oldest neighborhood in the US. Founded in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy, an artist and social connector, the restaurant takes its name from the rose-colored adobe plastering on the nearly 400-year-old hacienda that serves as its home. This iconic Santa Fe destination at the heart of ​the Old Santa Fe Trail has been known for its ​fun, vibrant atmosphere and outstanding cuisine. Some of the famous well-known dishes are still existing such as the Steak Dunnigan, French Onion Soup and Hot Apple Pie among with new and innovative creations from our Executive Chef Mario de Leon. Chef-owned and operated for more than two decades, 315 is dedicated to serving both modern and contemporary French cuisine inspired by seasonal local ingredients. With a grassroots initiative, almost every dish is prepared from scratch using exceptional care in the procurement of every ingredient. In this way, we pay respect to the community by finding new ways to support Santa Fe’s unique culture of food and art. French food is much more than the classic dishes we all have learned to know and love. It is a philosophy within its composition and a discipline in its technique. Using carefully selected ingredients, we look for ways to enhance a dish rather than overwhelm it. This is where the dance begins between the food and the wine.

    What a lovely spot with scrumptious food and warm, attentive service. Our bartender, Daniel, seemingly materialized cocktails out of thin air as fast and efficient as he was. He was pleasant company with an easy smile. The manager, Cassie, was effortlessly friendly with a genuinely caring air. Get her to tell you a story about the local duende in the old well. This has become one of my new favorite spots in town. Thank you for a great afternoon!

    I love the food here, and knew I was going to order Steak Dunigan, my spouse had the Gypsy Stew and we finished with French Apple Pie. I don’t even need a menu! Yum!

    We had a delightful evening. Our waiter was great, the bartender made an excellent martini. I had a delicious Caesar salad to start, followed by a half order of a veggie cavatelli pasta and then their wonderful Crème Brûlée. My husband raved about his French onion soup. His grouper was excellent .

    We had an incredible Thanksgiving food experience!!! The quality was beyond our expectations—everything was delicious, and the staff and manager truly stood out. We were pleasantly surprised by how attentive and friendly the entire team was. Exceptional service, amazing food—easily a 5 star experience!
