The foundation for the pizza at Stoked Pizza Company comes from meticulously studying the ingredients and techniques used to produce our favorite classic pizza styles and highlighting the strengths of each in what we make. We are influenced by the delicate, fresh flavored pizza baked in its birthplace, Naples Italy, and also by the bold ingredients with abundant char that you find at the best pizzerias of New Haven and New York.     We booked our reservation to catch the very ornate Christmas decorations the restaurant sets up. The menu is classic Italian with a nice variety of drinks, wines, appetizers and entrées. We had the crab cakes Shrimp Scampi and Chicken Parmesan. The food was well prepared and delicious! The pastas are made fresh on site, which makes a wonderful difference. We closed out our meal with Creme Brulé and cappuccinos. A wonderful meal in a beautiful location

    Always 5 stars! It starts when you open the door and you still feel great at the end of the evening. I'm running out of ways to express just how good dining is at Alma Nove. The food is exceptional, prepared perfectly every time. The dinner specials are creative and delicious always worth a try. My wife and I go there for special occasions and sometimes just because we want an outstanding meal. Thank you to Paul, Sean, Donnie, Paul, and Denise for always making our visits so special. See you soon.
