etch is a globally-inspired restaurant by award-winning chef Deb Paquette. The original location opened its doors in 2012 in lively downtown Nashville; the second location opened in fall of 2024 in The Factory at Franklin.     This was our 2nd visit. The food is very delicious and outstanding. They have a great food presentation. Our waiter, Demetrius was outstanding. The entire experience is amazing. This is a great place to take people that you want to show them how much you appreciate them!

    We were a party of 6, all of us ordered different entrees and no one left one bite. I had the branzino and it was amazing. My granddaughter had the braised short ribs with risotto and she raved about it.

    Glad to have an upscale dining option in the “Factory”. Very contemporary remodel of their location. Open views of kitchen and a dining bar overlooking the kitchen. Very creative touches. Service was attentive. All food items well prepared and tasty with unique presentations. I enjoyed the venison which was cooked perfectly, medium rare. My wife enjoyed the scallops, also cooked perfectly. Only negative comment is that only 3, medium sized scallops were served. For the price one more would have been better. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Etch.

    Just dined at Red Pony last night, and it was awesome. It was a little loud, but we were seated close to the bar, and my hearing is a problem wherever we go, so it wasn't unusual. Our server was super attentive, very knowledgeable, and exceedingly polite. I've got to say something about the hog belly Brussels appetizer. It was the most wonderful menu item ever! We will be back often if for no other reason but that. So good!
