Nobu Atlanta is situated at Phipps Plaza in the affluent Buckhead neighborhood. With influence from Atlanta's lush canopy of trees and Japanese arts and crafts, the bar and lounge area features a white onyx bar volume that sits in front of a 12-foot-long river rock art installation while folded cast glass pendants cast a soft glow on the bar. The dining room takes you to traditional Japanese garden pavilions that were often used for ceremonies and rituals while overscale pendants made from shoji paper create the look of elongated, abstracted paper lanterns.     I visited for lunch to celebrate 1) St. Cecilia’s feast day in the Catholic Church and 2) the publication of my first book. I noted these in the comments of my reservation and they added “Congratulations” to my paper menu! It was a lovely touch. The server suggested champagne and made a few food recommendations, which were delicious! Great experience!

    Excellent in every aspect! Justin, our waiter was amazing, attentive, and provided us with kind and professional service. We immensely enjoyed our meal: Tomahawk steak, broiled lobster tails, loaded bake potato, Broccolini, onion rings, and crab cake. Every dish was prepared to perfection and was delicious. We will certainly be back.

    A wonderful experience start to finish. The Wagyu starter was out of this world. A true highlight off menu feature. Terrific presentation; unique without overpowering what A5 brings of its own. Ribeyes were just right. Many places in Atlanta have good food — Amber was taking great care of us and is a true professional. She made the experience. Well done all around.

    Mission + Market was a great experience for a business lunch. We had a spacious booth to discuss our agenda topics and enjoyed some great, innovative lunch dishes. The shrimp with vegetable medley and chipotle sauce was fantastic! 10/10 recommend!
