Pony’s executive chef and team are the masters of the wood fire grill, producing contemporary and modern Australian dishes of the season’s freshest produce since its opening in 2006. In an open kitchen where Exec Chef Neil Nolan enjoys a chat with our guests, the Argentinian grill fuelled by iron bark takes dominance with the menu created around this masterpiece. Located at the heart of the Walsh Bay Arts Precinct, Walsh Bay Kitchen provides the perfect pre-theatre dinner experience to compliment an evening at Sydney Theatre Company's iconic Roslyn Packer Theatre. The restaurant showcases locally sourced produce and premium Australian meat and seafood through a light, Mediterranean-inspired Prix Fixe menu guided by the seasons. Menu price is $65 for 2-course or $78 for 3-course. The drinks menu features an all-Australian wine list as well as Champagne, cocktails, beers, ciders and a substantial non-alcoholic offering. The restaurant is operated in partnership with the Fresh Collective, bringing their signature love of the arts, food and service from the neighbouring Theatre Bar At The End of the Wharf. Tugged away between George St and Kendall Lane we're right there but so hidden at the same time.Recapturing the convivial spirit of Sydney’s formative years, the original sandstone walls of The Doss House bring warmth to our unique basement bar which features a beautiful terrace area and rare original fireplaces.Built in the 1840s, what we call The Doss House today has been the home to a rich, eclectic collection of tenants including a boot maker, boarding house, doctor’s surgery and opium dealer, some which have been entwined within the interiors of the five, cosy bar spaces.

We've since added restaurants in Circular Quay, Westfield Sydney, Neutral Bay, Chatswood and Galeries Victoria, and in 2015 we added organic, fresh produce from our farm in Byron Bay.
