Lobos is an exciting new tapas bar also focused on prime cuts of Spanish and British meat. Meaning wolvesin Spanish, Lobos offers a short, sharp list of vibrantly authentic, traditional tapas with ingredients sourced locally, evolving seasonally and therefore dishes that will change frequently depending on what is available from the market. Lobos is a real carnivore’s paradise, think perfectly roasted Iberico pork, slow cooked shoulders of lamb and lightly charred, rosy pink bone in rib-eye to share, all presented simply and cooked to perfection, allowing the pristine quality of the offering to shine through. Situated on level 33 of The Shard, Hutong at The Shard serves the fascinating and diverse cuisines of Northern China and is based on the much-loved restaurant of the same name in Hong Kong. Hutong at The Shard’s cuisine takes its inspiration from the dishes served in the imperial palaces of what was then Peking. Based on the ‘Lu school’ cuisine of Shandong Province, the menu artfully captures the subtlety and surprises of Northern Chinese cooking.
