Rafik Cressaty and his son, Patrick would like to welcome you to their family restaurant, Carbonara Trattoria, located in the heart of Dunwoody, Georgia. Carbonara is an inviting Italian restaurant with an ambiance reminiscent of Italy without sacrificing the southern charm of Atlanta. Warm earth tones, textured wall finishes and soft lighting are complemented by a menu featuring the finest fresh produce and ingredients. From antipasto and salads to fresh pastas and raviolis, quality meats and fresh seafood dishes, our Menu is inspired by the timeless recipes of the old north country. The father and son duo take you on a wonderful dining journey from the moment you walk in the door until the time you leave. Reservations are not required but recommended. We offer a 15 minute grace period for reservations, if more time is needed please call.

Chef Camron Woods, Culinary Director for The Village, and along with Phil Handley, have created a thoughtful approach to the food & beverage selections. The bar menu features a mix of vibrant cocktails, beach beers, and complimentary wines. Start your dining experience with a Seafood Tower, Oysters Rockefeller or the Ceviche de la Día. The menu features a selection of the daily Fresh Catch, Crispy Seafood Platter, and Chef's famous Maine Lobster Pot Pie. The dining room has a fun beach vibe with nautical decor and other seating options include the Raw Bar, Screened Porch, or Private Dining Room.

    We had the salad bar, great food and value... we always have good time here. it would be great to have a cookie or something sweat on the salad bar. We will be back!

    Our server was great! His name was Collin or Cole? Sorry I can’t remember right now but he was very kind. I was sitting by myself waiting on my friend to arrive, he greeted me and made me feel super comfortable while I waited for her to arrive. Then once she arrived he took great care of us. The chef brought us our food and he was kind as well. The food and drinks were AMAZING as always a 10/10! The only thing I was disappointed by was that they removed the 3 course meal promo. That’s what I get every time without that it made the meal way more expensive than what I normally pay but again I had a great time. The Select is becoming one of my favorite restaurants here in Atlanta!
