Nasprías is the name of the land where our family has had its vineyard in Sardinia for almost a century. It is a name that we relate to family and traditions, values which are at the core of our food: pizza al taglio, croissants, cakes and much more. We use real Sardinian ingredients together with the freshest local produce sourced from right here in the Costwolds. We don’t buy pre-made or frozen doughs, we source the best flour and yeast and let our doughs raise for 24-48 hours, just like our families did in the past; the way it should be done.Nasprías tips its hat to my Sardinian roots and also serves Illy coffee, the best that Italy has to offer made to Illy’s exacting high standards alongside other drinks that you can find in any Italian bar. My Fish n Chips was spot on! Not greasy at all, good-sized portion of thick-cut chips & complimented with their tasty mushy peas, very enjoyable! My guest had a gluten-free vegan dish which was also delicious! All in all, it was excellent!

I took my daughter for her birthday. She was given a card and a glass of crémant which I thought was delightful. The food was very delicious and the service was very good. I’m sorry I don’t live near a Cote Brasserie but shall return next time I am in Cheltenham
