GŎNG, the highest hotel bar in Western Europe is perfect for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Sample one of the delicate, signature cocktails or indulge in a rare, vintage champagne with signature sushi and Asian dishes. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older after 5:30pm. Window seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there is a £30 minimum spend per person applicable to all guests over the age of 18. All bar reservations will be seated either in Champagne Bar, Cocktail Bar or Sky Pool. Please note that the Kitchen closes at 22:30 Sunday to Thursday, and 23:30 Friday and Saturday. We currently do not accept OpenTable dining cheques.

Our concept is simple – providing our customers with the best quality fish, cooked in front of you, in simple and classic ways. Situated on level 33 of The Shard, Hutong at The Shard serves the fascinating and diverse cuisines of Northern China and is based on the much-loved restaurant of the same name in Hong Kong. Hutong at The Shard’s cuisine takes its inspiration from the dishes served in the imperial palaces of what was then Peking.
