Bison was well cooked and seasoned. Excellent service. Waiter was knowledgeable and helpful. Paced our order so we didn’t feel rush There was a large group there for their Christmas party and noise level at times a bit overwhelming. Tables close together. We were pretty jetlagged but the staff brightened us up. I hope we can go back before heading home. So glad we chose the Three Bears.
