Seagar's Prime Steaks and Seafood, located in the iconic Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, is the area's only AAA Four-Diamond steakhouse. Seagar's specializes in the finest prime beef and freshest seafood available on Florida's Emerald Coast, and offers a wine list that has repeatedly garnered Wine Spectator's "Best of Award of Excellence."Seagar's brings traditional elegance back to the fine-dining experience, complete with private dining options, captain service, sommelier service and tableside preparation of items that include steak Diane, Dover sole and its signature bananas foster. Seagar's also features a private-reserve wine list of more than 600 wine labels. The lounge offers guests full dining service and live piano entertainment. Dress code is Sophisticated Casual. Gentlemen are asked to wear collared shirts, long pants and closed toe shoes. Jackets not required but appreciated. No beachwear, athletic wear or casual attire including hats and flip-flops.

    I had a wonderful dinner experience at Emeril’s Coastal. I had the cornbread appetizer which was fabulous and for dinner I had the grouper with creamed potatoes. Both was delicious. I look forward to enjoying another meal there soon.

    It is always a pleasure to dine at Saegar’s. We have been coming here for 20 years and never miss an opportunity. It’s always amazing on every point. The attention to detail, the food and the service  are unmatched. Scott especially is flawless in his service. He doesn’t miss anything year after year. We love sending people here because they are never disappointed. Thank you Seagar’s and Scott for a wonderful evening. Once again.

    The food was great. I got the filet and my husband got the shrimp scampi. We both enjoyed our meals and tasted each others, and thought they were good. I felt the steak and mashed was better the other nice restaurants we have been to in the area. I also like my steak medium well, they didn’t give me a hard time and try to talk me out of it like most places do. Only complaint from my husband is they do not have large ice cubes for an old fashioned. Kinda strange a nicer restaurant doesn’t have that. We got the coconut pie and the crème brûlée for dessert. I favored the crème brûlée and he favored the coconut pie, but both were enjoyable. The service was also nice. Our server was very friendly. We would definitely go back.
