Frades – La Bottega was inspired by the dream of having a multifaceted space in Porto Cervo, where tourists and locals could enjoy a showcase of Sardinian enogastronomy.The products we offer represent the excellence of the regional panorama, carefully selected among the best producers of the various local areas, in order to provide a wide variety of Sardinian wine and food.From north to south, from east to west, the sea, the wind, the sun and the soil become the main ingredients giving character, structure, taste to the different products we propose.Our workshop consists of four different areas, each one dedicated to a special experience: the shop with its selection of wines, the counter, offering a variety of cured meats and cheeses, the open laboratory of fresh pasta and cuisine where raw materials are processed and transformed, allowing the visitor to attend this fascinating process and, finally the patio for the tasting experience.

A pochi passi dal mare di Pittulongu, in provincia di Olbia, sorge il Ristorante The Pelican Beach Restaurant - Adults Only. Un ambiente molto elegante, ma al contempo cordiale ed accogliente, impreziosito da un arredamento raffinato, caratterizzato dalla tonalità del bianco. All’interno della struttura possono consumare il proprio pasto solo gli adulti, dai 16 anni in su. Il locale dispone di un menù ampio e vario, con portate preparate seguendo le ricette tipiche della tradizione sarda. Grande risalto viene dato ai piatti a base di pesce, ma anche quelli di terra fanno la loro parte. Le materie prime sono sempre freschissime.

Fresh fish caught in the waters you can see from our tables, selected cuts of prime meat sourced from top quality farms and vegetables that you can also see growing in our organic garden at the restaurant. The kitchen never stops: finger food to nibble on during aperitifs at ₵ Wine Bar, a sumptuous buffet and orders for the dining room, churrasco sizzling over the wood fire. We also prepare healthy dishes for light dinners and even more finger food to pair with a selection of wines and cocktails from the ₵ Wine Bar, where guests gather after dinner and stay until the wee small hours. A selection of desserts from our pastry chef puts the icing on the cake. Looking up for a moment from all this hectic activity to ₵ the faces of people enjoying the Costa Smeralda, we can safely say that we love our work!
