Johnny’s Downtown, opened in 1993, is similar to the original Johnny’s Bar on Fulton Road, featuring pasta, veal and fish. The setting, a refurbished 1860’s Warehouse District building, formerly a general store, is the drinking and dining spot of locals and business people alike. Joseph Fall, the executive chef, oversees the food operations and is responsible for our crafting our signature dishes and creating daily specials. There are several wines by the glass to choose from and the wine list has nabbed an Award of Excellence from the Wine Spectator.     Dining here is an experience not to be rushed. Take advantage of the table side preparations that are offered. We loved the Parmesan pasta cart and the bananas foster was perfect! Treat yourself to a nice night out with wonderful food and immaculate service.

    One of the fine dining experiences in Cleveland. The Marriott hotel is very nice, but I stay at the Marriott when I come to Cleveland because of this restaurant.

    Morton’s Steakhouse made for a very enjoyable and relaxing evening in the company of very attentive and pleasant servers. The food was delicious and worth the wait of the day. The salad was excellent and the steak was cooked to perfection. The mash potatoes were not truly mashed but the French Fries was to our instant liking so we forgot all about the mashed potatoes.

    Food and service was excellent. The acoustics carry loudly with everyone talk in a cozy place so so wouldn’t recommend for a “quiet getting to know” first date but definitely bring them there on a one month anniversary haha

    We’ve dined at Blue Point before over the years, but tonight was by far our favorite time. We took my daughter for our annual Christmas dinner and it could not have been more perfect. Our server, Hailie was so kind and attentive. She made the experience truly special for my daughter. Our appetizer, entrees and desserts were perfect. The Christmas decorations at Blue Point are second to none and elicit the ambiance of a Manhattan restaurant during and holidays. We cannot recommend Blue Point or our server Hailie highly enough.
