Another very enjoyable dinner at The Chop House! Food was delicious and the service was excellent!!

What an experience for another time:) Hosts were plesant and friendly. My husband and I were greeted with a warm smile. Bartender made amazing drinks. It was cold outside and it took less than 2 minutes for me to feel warm and cozy from my Pearberry cocktail (a hit). The Mountain Manhattan was a huge win for my husband (pure alcohol mix of bourbon, Antico, sweet Vermount n Angostura bitter w cherries). If you love a great steak- tomahawk Steak cooked at medium temp is the best option and Yes, it’s worth every penny:). It’s sliced for you and you can add anything you want on it. I am returning guest, so I had to try the Lamp Chops cooked at med temp. Wooooo!!!!! Beside the amazing presentation, you need no sauce. Just slice it down the middle, one bite will leave you shocked and wanting more. If you’ve been here, you know I am right but, if you haven’t, you’re missing out on the most fabulous restaurant with the best chef and the best bartender! ! Thank you for superb service.! *****

We found Osteria Olio by accident, took a chance with no recommendation, and made a reservation for our 5yr Anniversary. It was AMAZING! My husband and I have traveled to Italy serval times over the years, and I would say that Osteria has some of the most authentic Italian cuisine here in GA. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was impeccable as well. The staff knew from the moment we walked in that we were celebrating our special day, and made a point to come say a congratulations throughout the evening...and by no means was it intrusive to our dinner, but thoughtful well wishes. Even the menus and the table setting acknowledged that we were there to celebrate. I can't say enough great things about this new Athens gem, except that it is a MUST!

Our family loves Emmy Squared. My new favorite pizza since they opened up. I love it. Pricey but worth it. They tolerate my kids, which I appreciate. Staff is okay. On one occasion the manager was even super kind and accommodating when I went in solo with my two kids and I really appreciated that. Best pizza ever.

We are VERY sad tho hear that the new landlords have informed Cafe on Lumpkin that they can no longer remain in their current space. This is very disheartening. I really hope they are able to continue in a different location, and I hope the new owner of the building understands how disappointed the Athens community feels about the closure of Cafe on Lumpkin.
