A 28 ans, Quentin Testart devient le plus jeune Chef Exécutif des Palaces parisiens. Europe's first Shang Palace opened in Paris in 2011 and the very next year it became the only Chinese restaurant in France to be awarded a Michelin star.Inspired by Southeast China's culinary traditions, the restaurant offers authentic Chinese cuisine imagined by Chef Tony Xu.In the spectacular hall of this palace, an elevator takes you to a cosy room. I loved this place so much. We went for the signature menu which was so much value for money. The duck was amazing and fries were fresh. I loved the views so close to the Eiffel Tower. The service was good and quick. I definitely recommend and if I’m back in Paris I will be visiting.

Went here for my husband's 60th birthday while we were vacationing with our kids in Paris. The food is wondering and you can't beat the view of the Eiffel Tower. Be sure to ask for patio seating though, if the weather is appropriate. My only complaint is that there were quite a few smokers sitting nearby, but it was for the most part, fine. Highly recommend coming here for a special occasion.
