We started out with breakfast and brunch, but soon grew to add lunch and dinner to our menu. Everything on our menu is 100% vegan but you wouldn't know it if we didn't tell you. We've always believed that anything can be made both vegan and delicious. You don't have to be vegan to eat here and love it - everyone is welcome!

Enveloped in shades of signature blues, the entrance to Hakkasan Las Vegas restaurant invites guests to enter into a different world. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a luxurious array of ambient sounds, scents and lighting, creating a relaxed mood and sensual vibe. Located on the first level is the main dining area, separated by latticed woodwork partitions for intimate dining spaces within the main room while still sharing the atmosphere of the entire dining area. Before the James Beard Award and the Gourmet Magazine review, Lotus of Siam was a small little hole in the wall located in Commercial Center in Las Vegas. November 1999 was the month Chef Saipin and her husband Bill took over Lotus of Siam. Since then, Thai food became an adventure for those willing to step out of their comfort zones for Asian Cuisine. Chef Saipin’s distinct cooking has been passed down from generation to generation, from both her grandmothers and her husband’s grandmothers. Her northern style cooking has opened America into the “Northern” world of Thailand, away from the Bangkok style of sweet and tang. The northern menu consists of hearty herbs and spices, along with Thai style stews and coconut-less curries. Through her set menus, our guests can dine and enjoy recipes from over 100 years in the Chutima family.

    Food was great. I had the spicy andouille sausage Benedict’s that was tasty and spicy enough. I don’t always get that with places that claim to have something spicy. The waitress and the busier were friendly and attentive.

    The services anywhere in Cesar’s is fabulous. It the reason we keep coming back. Dining here was no different. Staff is always helpful, polite, and quick. The food is good. The lumpia and the roast turkey were delicious. I always appreciate a good avocado toast and the charcuterie section was great. As for value… we went in a weekend and at $89 person because it included seafood (crab legs, shrimp, clams, etc) just wasn’t a good value for US (again, my opinion). We weren’t there for the seafood. So that was lost on us. For others, it may have been a great deal. Sidenote… to the little girl at the table next to us who states she “was going to eat enough crab that her hands would turn to claws”. I hope your hands turned to claws sweet girl!

    My husband and I are on our 14 year Anniversary and decided to have dinner at Joe’s Seafood PrimeSteak and Stone Crab. We choose the Alaskan King Crab Legs paired with a Salad and some beverages, that was recommended by our FABULOUS waiter by the name of NESTOR!! NESTOR truly made our anniversary special the recommendations were on point and he made sure to recognize that we were on our Anniversary and wished us Happy Anniversary multiple times. NESTOR was personable with my husband and I, that made us feel like we knew him. We appreciated that so much! The dining experience was the best my husband and I have experienced. Thank you NESTOR and we will definitely be back to see you!!
