It was truly a fantastic experience. This was our chosen spot before flying back home, and Ibonly wished we’d dined there sooner! Place is gorgeous, views are breathtaking, food was excellent and service was great! Yes, perhaps a little slower than the average place, but if you plan ahead and make the time (knowing you’re in the Caribbean!), you’ll be just fine. It’s frankly refreshing not being rushed so you can enjoy every morsel, as well as the views - trust me, you don’t want to rush this experience. Shany was our main person and she was great! She shared in my excitement for being there. Super sweet, and we are so glad we ended our exceptional vacation in which a great, inspiring spot! ❤️

Our food was delicious and the ambiance was lovely. Our server was Pauline and she was fantastic. The portions sizes were good. We enjoyed the tempura octopus, Caribbean jerk ribeye, banana bread pudding and brownie a la mode. We would come here again if we return to St. Thomas.

A must go on St. Thomas. Sunset view was amazing. Food fantastic and the service over the top. 5 stars in my book!!

Our bartender, Jonathan, was a fantastic mixologist with great suggestions. He took good care of us and was very conversational. The food was by far the best since we have been on the island. The ceviche was so fresh, ribs were falling off the bone and our seafood risotto was to die for. Overall it was a great experience. We will def be back.

We had a very enjoyable meal at SeaSalt. We all really enjoyed the appetizers we ordered: ceviche, house made burrata and raw oysters. For entrees, our table guests had the lobster, king snapper, sea bass and lettuce wraps. Everyone enjoyed their selections. Dessert was ok, but we all felt the first two courses were better. We shared the salt chocolate mousse and the coconut Panna cotta between 5 of us and all got our fill. Our server, Emily, was delightful. The ambience was lovely, seated under the stars with a gentle sea breeze blowing. We all agree that it deserves a good recommendation and we also agree that we would eat here again if we ever return to St. Thomas.
