Kitchen in the Desert is a Caribbean and New American restaurant located just outside the Twentynine Palms entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. We pride ourselves in making high quality food from scratch using fresh ingredients and providing a comfortable environment to enjoy it in. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate larger parties.We book tables for 2 hours. Last dinner orders are taken at 9 pm and we close the bar at 10 pm. Really pleased with our experience - great food, fun atmosphere, attentive service. Had a wonderful time and would definitely return when we are in the area again (traveled from the East Coast and this restaurant was one of the reasons for the trip!).

Great location, excellent and attentive service. The food was well presented, prepared and tasty (seafood stew, Chilean seabass). Our wine and cocktails didn’t disappoint. And I like the ample free parking in the rear. Highly recommend.
