All the staff were attentive and informative. Food was out of this world delicious! I especially appreciated that the menu pricing, while seemed steep, guarantees a living wage and benefits for staff by eliminating the uncertainty of individual tipping. The service reflects that commitment.

Absolutely amazing dining experience, for our very special anniversary celebration. The food was exquisite, can't begin to describe the delicate nuances of flavors and textures in every single creation in every one of the 10 courses. The service was perfect -- friendly and competent, but not overbearing or intrusive. Our sommelier recommended a choice that was precisely what we were looking for. The ambiance is beautiful and soothing, I believe mostly inspired by Japanese sensibilities. The dishware and cutlery and presentation of every course, is breathtaking. Food here is fresh and delicious and nicely presented. The menu has a lot of options - I had a hard time deciding what to get, there were so many meals that sounded good. Service was spot on. The ambiance is great - a spacious dining room with a fireplace and high ceilings with plenty of room in between the tables. It feels like a resort, which it is. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful experience at Truss! Service and food were excellent and our special occasion was enhanced by our choice of venue. I was disappointed with one of the dishes and the server allowed me to select an alternate dish at no charge - absolute commitment to our happiness!! Beware that the wine list, although excellent, is light on lower priced options.

One of the best dining experiences we have ever had! We will be back.
