Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Not overly crazy about their new food menu but we like the place enough to continue going back. Friday nights are always busy so we know what we are in for. Service is a bit slow due to how busy they are. Great place to watch a game. In warmer weather they have a great indoor/outdoor bar.

    We dined in the new outdoor area that was very comfortable. There was a guitar player playing soft music, which was very enjoyable. Since the remake, Piccolo looks just lovely and that outdoor area was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Four adults and two children all enjoyed their food.

    My wife and I had Christmas Eve dinner. While it was noisy because it was crowded, it was festive and a wonderful holiday experience. The food and service were excellent. They restaurant ran out of rolls and was baking more. They told us and we waited patiently. As we finished our drinks, hot rolls appeared at our table, freshly baked and delicious. This is our second time dining at the restaurant and they did not disappoint. My wife and I will definitely be back.

    Superb service throughout from Bill in excellent recommendations regarding the wine, menu, and after dinner drinks. Wonderful to finally see lobster tails on the menu. Wish it could stay as a special.
