We had a phenomenal dinner at Morimoto. It is our go to every time we are in Maui. Our server Mikey was awesome!! The pot stickers, sticky ribs, oysters, sushi and desserts were amazing.

We have eaten at Ka’Ana Kitchen many times over the years, but this was our first experience doing the Chef’s Table. The two of us had a seat right at the end of the main counter where we had clear views of the Grill Chef, who blew us away with his organization & preparations, & we had a birds-eye view of the finishing counter where we sat overlooking every dish that came out of the various stations - plus, we caught a head-on sunset. The entire staff catered to us & many in the Chef’s circle engaged with us - it was super fun! AND the FOOD was GREAT!!
