James Beard-nominated, Chef's Prix Fixe Tasting Experience by Executive Chef Jose Camarena, recontextualizes Mexican cuisine and culture through Storytelling. We exclusively offer a prix fixe tasting menu experience, with 7-Course and a 10-Course options. Both experiences are meant to honor the complex history that created each dish, as well as leave a lasting impact on all those who taste this beautiful food and listen to our stories. República is a tasting menu-only restaurant. We offer a 7-course menu at $128 or a 10-course menu at $150 per person. We kindly require all guests to disclose all dietary restrictions and allergies prior to their reservation. We are unable to accommodate allergies to nightshades, chile, allium, rice . Walk-in's always welcome! Screen Door is a restaurant that presents itself as a love letter to the American South and the revival of regional cooking. Each day, the restaurant receives natural, local organic meats and produce from nearby vendors. The inclusion of regional Pacific Northwest ingredients into a menu of dishes developed in the south has created a unique flavor profile in Screen Door's menu. Many of Screen Doors dishes draw their inspiration from Louisiana and the Cajun cooking that's found there. These include our world-famous fried chicken, Lowcountry shrimp and grits, smoked andouille chicken gumbo and fried okra. Other items, like the house-smoked beef brisket and braised pork shoulder, come straight from the state of Texas. The rest of the South is well represented as well with a Carolina pulled pork sandwich, chicken and waffles, crispy fried oysters and a pimiento cheese & sausage biscuit sandwich with a fried egg and cheddar grits.

    We have been to Republica and De Noche has been on the list for a while. We did the tasting menu for two and everything was flawless. Highly recommend. The hamachi was my favorite but truly everything was so good it was hard to choose. The stories and the descriptions of each dish add to the experience. The mixture of flavors with each dish was over the top delicious! The team works well together and the service is super attentive. With all the courses we were there for almost 2 hours. Dont skip the dessert!

    As always, everything at Wilfs was wonderful. From the time I walked in the door. Gave them my name. The person knew exactly who I was told me that my usual table was reserved me, was seated promptly. Was greeted by the headwaiter, very friendly, and professional told me who my server would be, they were at my table within the first few minutes. Service was great. The food was absolutely wonderful, it’s a little expensive but definitely worth the price. The music was absolutely outstanding. Overall great experience.
