Bobbe Speisesalon is a restaurant and bar in Berlin right by Prager Platz, serving kosher certified Israeli-Mediterranean food with a bit of German and other European influences. The restaurant stands in the western part of Berlin where the two quarters Wilmersdorf and Schöneberg meet. The restaurant space dates back to 1903 and the bar cabinet is said to have stood at this spot since the first restaurant back at the time. Newly founded in 2018 under the name of "Bobbe" (grandmother in Yiddish) the restaurant aims to convey the welcoming spirit of a family salon while capturing the timeless nature of dining, the here and now of every generation sharing quality time at the table.'

Genießet die mittelalterlichen Speisen und lasset es Euch wohl sein.Ein Abend in der »Tafelrunde« ist mehr als nur das übliche Essen-Gehen, wie wir es heutzutage kennen. Es ist ein Erlebnis, unverfälscht kräftig und deftig, wie das Mittelalter selbst. Es wird üppig getafelt, drei geschlagene Stunden lang mit unseren terminlich festgelegten Menüs und immer begleitet von einem mittelalterlichen Programm inklusive Gaukler und Gesang.Ob "Mannsbild", ob "Weibsbild", jeder isst soviel er verträgt. Soll uns keiner nachsagen, ein Gast sei hungrig von der »Tafelrunde« aufgestanden. In unserer Mittelalterlichen Event-Gastronomie, haben wir noch jede Seele satt bekommen! Natürlich wird mit den Fingern und vom Dolch gegessen, genauso wie früher auch.

As we had to minimize the capacity of seats in our restaurant, we will offer only seatings for 1,5 hours in thewill serve food and drinks everyday from 12pm till 10pm.We use the short breaks between the occupancies to clean everything according to the specifications.At noon we now explicitly ask for reservations, spontaneous visits might be difficult.Furthermore we have to point out that only persons from max.2 different households may sit at one table.Be prepared to be expelled from able in case of a possible inspection.We are also obliged to record the contact details of all guests so that we can take appropriate action in the event of an infection among our staff or guests.The service staff will continue to welcome you warmly,but with a mouth and nose protection.Please be so kind as to also wear one until it is placed at your table and make sure you keep the appropriate distance.We kiss Your hearts and thank all of You for the support in this difficult times!

    Immer wieder toll! Gehen oft in eine der Kuchis in B. Gestern wieder mal sehr guter Service mit guten Empfehlungen. Leider war der Platz direkt am Fenster etwas zugig, aber mit Schal ging es.

    Wir hatten das Menü und können es nur empfehlen: Abwechslungsreich, vielfältig, intensive Aromen und Geschmackskombinationen - alles sehr lecker! Der Service war außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und freundlich, ein wirklich schöner Abend! Zwei Minuspunkte: Es ist recht zugig, also sollte man sich ruhig etwas wärmer anziehen. Und: dDie Garderobe wird direkt an der offenen Küche aufbewahrt, also roch alles am Ende nach frittiertem Falafel.

    Die Tafelrunde bietet mit Abstand die Beste Stimmung beim Essen. Das war ein einmaliges Erlebnis, dass ich und wir als Gruppe nur weitergeben können. Tolles, deftiges Essen, ganz großartige Bedienung, ein Barde der spitzenmäßig Stimmung macht. Das war vielleicht das erste Deftige Essen in unseren Reihen, wo man mehr abgenommen hat als zugenommen. Die aktivste und herzlichste Veranstaltung seit langer Zeit und ein ganz gefährlicher Met. Insgesamt liegt das Event eher im intensiven preislichen Bereich, aber für das Erlebnis gerechtfertigt. Einzig beim Trinkgeld kann man bei der Gesamtsumme und 10 Prozent gaben schnell einen "das hätten auch 3 Liter Met sein können" Ausrutscher hinlegen. Ist ok. Summasummarum, eine Erinnerung, die man nicht mehr vergisst, mit ganz viel Spaß.
