Farmhouse tables topped with the season's produce are the appropriate setting for Sfoglia's country Italian fare. The private dining room tucked away upstairs can seat an intimate party of twelve.

Welcome to Island. We have proudly been the neighborhood favorite in Carnegie Hill since we opened our doors in 1986. We take pride to offer the freshest seafood (think Jumbo Lump Crabcakes, Lobster Roll, Maple Glazed Salmon or Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl to name a few), a great variety of fresh salads, a burger that people die for and much more.     We sat in the patio outside restaurant proper so noise level was lower. But service was fantastic. Food: Caesar salad, French Onion soup, beef bourginon and Steak Diane all flavorful and filling. Our server and clean up crew were great! Great, simple place to eat with really good food.

    A special 60th Birthday Treat made even more fabulous by the attentive service of Fariz & his team. From the arrival champagne to the chocolate gift on departure, was made to feel like a queen. The decor & ambience of The Palm Court was stunning & the food was delicious. Would love to do this again if I ever return to NYC ❤️

    We shared a dish of penne with marinara sauce and added in some chicken for an addtl charge . Everything was so delicious. The portions are absolutely huge. They bring a great bread basket to the table with a variety of homemade breads - all delicious as well. Prices are reasonable considering the portions and quality. Would definitely recommend checking this place out. You won’t be sorry.

    We were half an hour late since the traffic driving in from CT was terrible but they were really nice about it even though the restaurant was packed. We were going to to a program across the street and they rushed our dinner for us. Best brsnzino I’ve ever eaten.
