Named after Fanny Brice—the legendary movie, vaudeville, theater, and radio star portrayed by Barbra Streisand in her Oscar®-winning role in Funny Girl (1968)—the striking two-story, 10,000-square-foot space, conceptualized by the late architect Osvaldo Maiozzi, features a chef-designed open kitchen, elegant bar, and captain-based service style that nods to a bygone era, and offers diners cuisine by Chef Jun Bum Oh, with the support of Chef Eric Klein, SVP Culinary for Wolfgang Puck Catering.     We were soo excited to try this new location! I had a spicy margarita and a Bad Hombre, both were very well balanced with the perfect amount of spice. We ordered Ceviche, guacamole, and Nachos for the table. All of the apps were fresh, delicious, and hit the spot. For my main, I had an octopus taco that was cooked just right, and a lobster taco that was packed full of lobster, with a nice flavorful sauce. My friends had the carnitas skillet and absolutely loved it. Their salsa frita is soo good. Packs a ton of flavor. Definitely will be back!

    Once again an incredible dining experience at Bacari! I frequent this location often but today was a special occasion, my partners birthday. Daniela (hopefully I’m spelling correctly) our amazing server always goes above and beyond. She suggested the delicata squash this time- which I believe is a new item- we were floored by its heartiness and simplicity!! Vegans and carnivores united over the delicata! Then she brought out a little birthday cake with a candle. Totally unexpected!! Thank you Daniela! So wonderful, Love Bacari!

    Another fabulous night at the Academy Museum and Fanny’s for dinner and a movie. The chicken dish is so good and hearty with carrots and mashed potatoes. The Chinese chicken salad is delish too.

    One of the best culinary values in town, Meyers Manx Cafe in the Peterson Museum offers both incredible tasting food and a diverse menu at great prices. I LOVE the breakfast burrito here. The runny egg and crispy potatoes are what makes this burrito unique and delicious. I also love the chopped Italian and pizza here. Our waiter told us they use a Japanese tapioca flour that produces a New York-styled thin crust taste along with a crispy chewy texture. Incredible!
