The Tregambe family have been making wine for generations in Italy and it is their age-old wine making techniques that head winemaker John Tregambe employs at Nillumbik Estate. Throughout the year, John readily delights visitors with barrel tastings of new vintages or a tour of the pristine vineyard. We had a lovely lunch celebrating my sister’s 50th birthday. Gorgeous weather and an attentive waiter made for a very relaxing 4 hour lunch…. Food was plentiful (in fact too much) and nice coffee served under the huge trees overlooking the expansive lawns. A lovely serene place to sit quietly and nice and local

We had lunch on the balcony and it was such a lovely experience. The chicken antipasto platter was absolutely delicious, the views amazing but the wine had to have been the best. We went to a couple of winterise afterwards and we kept saying the wine at nillumbik estate was our favourite.

Immerse Winery is a beautiful place to visit - even in the rain! We received a really cheerful friendly welcome to the restaurant and the service was very prompt. The menu was interesting and varied, and the dishes we chose were delicious. We tasted a variety of wines, and came away with a box full, some of which will be Christmas gifts. All in all a very enjoyable experience which we would be happy to repeat. We highly recommend a visit!

Coffee was good and food was delicious. We had a big group dining and they managed to keep up really top quality food & service. Highly recommend!
