Gjelina is a restaurant specializing in New American cuisine. Open every day from 8 a.m. until 11pm, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner.     Staff this Sunday was lovely. Our waitress & the hostess were way more pleasant than others I’ve encountered at the Waterfront before. I chose the buffet because it used to be really versatile but understand they’ve scaled back after the fires and not getting as much traffic on the boardwalk at this time. I think the $40 AYCE could go down some of the omelette station & prime rib is no longer there
