Restaurant / Bakery in Valle de Bravo, based on the farm to table concept by chef Steve Bell, originally from Philadelphia, USA. Solar is a space in the middle of the forest with a large terrace and a garden of more than 5 thousand meters, where there are a big playground, a greenhouse and a beautiful orchard. They use only organic ingredients from local and fair trade producers.
