Rollati's menu is a love letter to Italian-American cuisine, embracing the iconic dishes of Italy’s many regions, as well as those that developed in Italian kitchens across America. Guests will find familiar favorites alongside market driven dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients from local farmers and seafood purveyors, or the occasional nod to a modern pantry.     EOS & NYX is off to a pretty strong start. The warm ambiance is a very pleasant surprise for downtown SJ. Food quality was excellent, with a lot of vegetarian/substitution options. The items were prepared thoughtfully with good visual appeal. Plus the complimentary “chefs kiss” little appetizer and chocolate dessert at the end were excellent. Just an observation for improvement: the staff operations team should ask about any food restrictions or allergies at the time of seating. The chefs kiss item was a beef tartare with caviar in a little cone with sesame seeds. For me this was absolutely delicious but we were also dining with a vegetarian family member who could not enjoy the chefs kiss appetizer. The staff should be upfront about asking about any dietary restrictions to improve the dining experience. Overall I would definitely come here again and would highly recommend.

    Delicious dinner and wonderful service. What more can I say? The room is beautiful in one of the most beautiful buildings in San Jose. I have been going here for many years and it is still my favorite restaurant.

    Nothing quite like a ribeye from Morton's. The service was friendly and attentive, we were seated immediately upon arrival and the food was delicious as always.

    All in all was a Friday evening after 6pm. The food menu has changed alot since the last time I was here. The food was delicious, even the new items. The only downsize to this visit was bar service. We waited almost 30 minutes for a glass of wine and a beer on draft.
